As we gather the information, we will take the steps needed to get the claims paid. If that requires additional information, we contact you and let you know specifically what we need. As we receive notices of primary claims paid, we automatically bill the secondary claims. We print and mail monthly patient statements. We also do back billing and review of your outstanding receivables if desired. |
