We believe in the importance of following through and making sure that our clients' claims get paid. We provide ongoing follow-up by calling insurance carriers for status on claims aged over 30 days. As we gather the information, we will take the steps needed to get the claims paid. If that requires additional information, we contact you and let you know specifically what we need. As we receive notices of primary claims paid, we automatically bill the secondary claims. We print and mail monthly patient statements. We also do back billing and review of your outstanding receivables if desired.
